We want you to be satisfied, so all courses purchased on Career Toolbox can be refunded within 30 days. Maybe you bought a course by mistake, or the content wasn’t exactly what you were expecting; maybe you simply didn’t like it. Whatever the reason if you are not satisfied we will provide you with a refund.
How do I get a refund?
To start the refund process, simply let us know by filling in the Contact Support form – select ‘course support’ option.
All refunds will be credited back to your credit card or PayPal account.
Reasons for Denied Refunds
While our 30 day refund policy is in place to protect students, we must also protect against unreasonable use, abuse of policy and fraud. Consequently, we do not process refund requests received after the refund window.
If more than fifty percent of the course content was viewed and downloaded before the refund was requested, the refund request may be rejected. After all, it’s fair to say if you don’t like your meal you don’t eat half before sending it back!
Finally, students who purchase and refund multiple courses over an extended period may be subject to suspension for abuse of the refund policy.
